A bow to the cow And thanks be to bees Along with the trees For my tea. Were they taken now, What would I pair With a book and a chair If not tea? Between sweet sips, I send forth a prayer To those rendered bare Due to tea; Each goes from my lips For the cow and the trees – Not least of my pleas: “Thanks, bee, for tea.”
